Let's Learn Intermediate Korean with Peter in Daehakro!
Dear Buddies, Need some help in tuning up your Korean with a friendly local person? Then Peter is your MAN! Whatever your immediate needs may be, let Peter know and he'll try to make it as personalized as possible! He's planning to do this INTERMEDIATE level session every Wednesday afternoon so plan on coming on a regular basis~ If you're just getting started with your Korean, please check out Peter's Tuesday meetups~ To tell you a little bit about Peter~ He loves traveling so he's running this place where people come study conversational skills in different languages as a way of preparing for a future trip. He's also planning to arrange short group trips within Korea SOON! Peter will also be running a Kakao group chat room for all the participants so you can ask questions throughout the week. Check out their official blog page~ Unfortunately it's available only in Korean. We'll be doing this session at Peter's place which is located in the Daehakro area. Because it may be difficult for you to find the place, Peter will be meeting you outside exit 4 of Hyehwa station. For any questions you may have you can reach us at Kakaotalk id fromchile. What we're about

We are all fellow travelers on the road in search for home~ a place where you can be comfortable and just be yourself. Seoul Village has people coming from all over the world speaking different languages and sharing their cultures. Just like a rainbow that blends different colors into one beautiful mix of styles and sounds.

LET US KNOW WHAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO DO IN YOUR SEOUL ADVENTURE!! No fees for any of our activities! SHOUT OUT your favorite activity and we'll post a meetup on our page and invite others to join your adventure~

Here are some of the activities we've been playing in our OPEN PLAYGROUNDS~

- Language Sessions: Weekday Small Group Studies for Korean, Weekend Street Spanish and Street Korean sessions in interesting spots around the city.

- Fun Events: Hanbok Afternoons at Royal Palaces, Latin Dance classes(Beginners are welcome), Food Tasting tours in Traditional Markets and Noryangjin Seafood market, Noraebang, Vegetarian Dinners, Weekend Dinners at International Cuisine Restaurants, Free Hugs at some of the busiest places in town, etc.

- Outdoor activities: Group Hiking, Long Distance Walking, Bike Riding at Han River Park, etc.

If you're NEW IN TOWN, we can provide an INFO PACKAGE with some practical information on Seoul. Also we can introduce you a LOCAL BUDDY or invite you to be part of our KAKAOTALK GROUP CHAT ROOMS so you can exchange useful information with the locals and expats living in Seoul.

Hopefully, you'll find these activities helpful for integrating yourself better with the local culture and communities. We do our best with the few resources we have but the idea is to take small steps forward into making Seoul a little bit more friendly for all our friends coming from the different corners of the world.

Welcome to Seoul and enjoy your adventure~
