How product owners can take an active role in shaping the business – and why every product decision is a business decision from multiple angles.
Milos is going to share his experiences from leading a Danish Market Research Startup where he was reducing the operations costs and increasing average earnings per active user 3x.
This will be an opening for the discussion with participants about how product decisions are impacting business decisions and vice versa.

Bio:
Milos is a Product Builder who enjoys wearing multiple hats. He helped build up, re-shape and grow different businesses and (digital) products, working with and within cross-functional teams. He fell in love with product development while he lead a Danish Market Research Startup as COO for 3 years and focused highly on shaping and growing its core product, B2B/B2C survey engine platform. Later on, he’s worked in various product-related roles as freelancer: Business Analyst - PO for a UK Enterprise Cloud Solution startup; Technical Product Manager in charge of multiple mobile apps at Crowdbotics; as well as Product Owner for an in-house ERP developed by a US nano-materials manufacturing company. He’s a huge believer in life-long learning, and has MSc in Marketing and in Engineering Management, CSP-PO, CSM and Large-Scale Scrum Practitioner certificates. He’s fluent in Norwegian and English, trying to learn German and Python.
