Desription:
Customers are people. They have trouble understanding their own problems. And even if they think they understand their problems, they often cannot describe the solutions they seek. Frequently, they do not even know they had a problem or desired a better solution, until they see a great idea. That “a ha” moment is not easy to get to. Innovation Games is a collection of fun tactics that product managers can utilize to challenge and develop their customers and business stakeholders understanding of what type of a solution/feature they need until they get to an acceptable idea.
