4th of July Grill-out at Ronald McDonald LONGFELLOW House

CHOOSE A LINE NUMBER OF FOOD TO BRING AND POST A COMMENT TO THE SITE WITH THAT LINE NUMBER

Serve KC will be providing a 4th of July lunch for the families staying at ALL of the Ronald McDonald Houses. This event will take place at the Longfellow House. Arrive at 11 am, lunch service at 12:30 and we should be cleaned-up by 2:30.

DONATED items to be grilled: 12, 8oz, cheddar bacon beef patties, 29 individually packaged KC Steak Co. burger patties, 16 wild rice and mushroom chicken grillers, 23 Hawaiian style chicken griller

Serve KC Volunteers to bring:

1. 2 packages (20 pieces) hot dogs & 100 THICK disposable plates - Mary

2. All ingredients for Potato Salad, Bisquick, Cheese Slices, 1 jar pickles, Pitchers, lemonade, foil pans, freezer bags, container w/lid, big and small metal bowl, whisk, spatula – Jill

3. 2 Large Watermelons - Katie

4. 30 ears of corn, husked, washed and ready to cook - Sue

5. 1 large onion, 2 large tomatoes, 1 head lettuce AND 1 large tub margarine - Norma

6. 20 Hot dog buns and 40 hamburger buns – Patty

7. All ingredients for deviled eggs - Carol & Bob

8. All ingredients for Strawberry Shortcakes - Carol & Bob

9. Vanilla Ice Cream - Ginny

Additional items needed:

· Grillers– bring grilling tools - Kurt, Vic, Bob
