Ozanam Summer Fest

Fun summer activity for the youth at Ozanam - includes games, a cook-out, music, and fun

ServeKC Volunteers will work together to complete tasks such as food prep, grilling and serving.

***Attire: Wear comfortable clothes and shoes that you can stand in for several hours. We will be outside so dress for the weather, if necessary bring along sunscreen and a hat.

***Please leave all valuables and personal belongings locked in your car, there is no-where to leave them during the event.

Ozanum (https://cornerstonesofcare.org/) is a healing place for at-risk children and families, providing education, counseling, social service, residence and emergency shelter. The children who live there, the boys and girls who attend their school-based day treatment, and the troubled families who go to heal; all have a story. Some stories are horrific and traumatic, some sad, some infuriating but almost all of them have the same ending: Hurting people made whole again at Ozanum (https://cornerstonesofcare.org/).

Waitlist: If an event is full volunteers can join the waitlist. If a spot opens up, you are automatically added to the attending list in the order you joined the waitlist. Please remove yourself from the waitlist if you make other plans so the next available person can join in the event of a last minute cancellation.
