Volunteer @ GLO Puppet Show

StoneLion Puppet Theatre will put on their annual Memorial Day Weekend Performance at Theis Park, which includes an evening GLO event with glowing puppets, performers and art.

Volunteers will welcome visitors to the event, answer questions about the glo, and protect the art & puppets before and during the performance. This role is critical to our event and allows the artist to focus on their performance. This is a family-friendly event with a focus on the environment.

Instructions will be given at the start of the shift, 7pm, to all volunteers, but breaks in shifts will allow volunteers to explore the festival, vendors and food truck prior to the performance. The puppet show starts at 8:30pm. All volunteers will need to be in the Glo area from 8:45-10pm.

This event does require standing during the event, but you may want to bring an outdoor chair to sit in during pre-show.

Please wear black or dark colors, a glowing lanyard will be giving to each volunteer to wear during the event. Wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather. You may also want to bring bug spray since this event is in the Park.

Children 10 and older are welcome to volunteer with at least 1 adult. Please do not rsvp for children, but leave a comment if you plan to bring a helper.
