This month we will be graciously hosted by Dexcom, a company that develops, manufactures and distributes continuous glucose monitoring systems for diabetes management.
We will be blueprinting a real scenario with Dexcom's UX team.
This workshop is for beginners who are just starting out as well as seasoned practitioners. We will cover basic 101-level principles including how to talk to your boss about Service Design. All attendees will walk away with hands-on practice building a service blueprint. The workshop is free, but you must RSVP as space is limited.
