Service Blueprinting Workshop - City of Portland

Details

WORKSHOP DATE IS TUESDAY, 9/11, AT 5:30PM.

This workshop is intended both for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. We will cover basic 101-level principles as well as how to talk to your boss about Service Design.

All attendees will walk away with hands-on practice building a service blueprint for a real-life, pre-scoped scenario within the Bureau of Planning and Sustainability.

The workshop is free, but you must RSVP as space is limited.

Curious? Service Blueprinting is a method and a discrete tool to help synchronize organizational functions that drive customer experience. Join us for the Workshop!

Big thank you to the City of Portland's Bureau of Planning and Sustainability for graciously hosted us this month!
