Service Blueprinting Workshop - Women Who Code

Details
PLEASE NOTE THE WORKSHOP DATE IS THURSDAY, JANUARY 28, 5-7PM
Location TBD
We’re excited to partner with Women Who Code for their Design Study Nights!
This will be a hands-on, facilitated workshop. Be prepared to roll up your sleeves and work in small groups to generate ideas that support service experiences at scale.
All attendees will walk away with hands-on practice building a service blueprint for a real-life, pre-scoped scenario for an asynchronous clinical interview.
The workshop is free, but you must RSVP as space is limited.
Big thank you to Kailyn Nelson and Women Who Code for hosting us!
