25 lessons from 25 years of design - a preview!

Unfortunately Dr Ely is unwell and won't be able to do his talk tomorrow morning. Nick Leigh, Head of Experience Design at Bankwest has kindly offered to give us a preview of a talk he has been working on. About Nick:
Since graduating with an honours degree in Business, Nick has dedicated his 25 year career to design and design leadership. From a backyard startup through agency life to WA’s biggest institutions, Nick has created and lead design teams across a broad spectrum of industries, platforms, experiences and brands in the UK and Australia. With entrepreneurial and leadership experience delivering design, marketing, customer and brand experience projects, and major strategy and transformation programs, Nick is still humbly learning the idiosyncrasies of human-centred design.
