Ethnography Masterclass run by Ipsos

Details
Hello!
I'm delighted to announce that Lucy Neiland and Alma Berliner from the Ipsos Ethnography Centre of Excellence have kindly agreed to come and run a masterclass for Service Lab.
Good ethnography is the cornerstone of great service design and this session is highly recommended for everyone wanting to deepen their design practise.
The session will cover the basics of market research, and how to design an ethnographic study. Full of practical exercises, the session will also cover observational and analytical skills that are vital to conducting meaningful fieldwork.
If that wasn't enough, our very own Matteo Remondini will open the session with an overview of his research project Service Design Today.
Come and play :)
