Future of Service Design

Welcome to the last remote edition of our meetup this year. 2020 arrived ushering in a new decade and experiences for us all both on a personal and a global level. In the past decade, we’ve seen service design evolving as a profession, mindset and discipline, and in this event, we’re going to be exploring what the future of service design looks like. We’ll talk about power, equity, data, ethics, inequalities, design, the role of a service designer to name a few.

To join us in exploring the future of service design, we’ll have a panel discussion with:

How to join
We'll host the event on Zoom. As soon as you purchase the ticket you will be able to see the link on the event's details on this page (on a computer screen is usually on the top right corner - right under the date and time). You will need to have downloaded Zoom, then you just click the link and you will be in. More info on Zoom https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362193-Joining-a-Meeting.
Make sure the name you are using for accessing the zoom call is the same you have here on meetup, this is our only way to figure out who bought the ticket and let people in!

You can choose to have your own video on or off, we will mute everyone during the presentation and when you join so anyone won't be able to hear you unless you unmute.

As this will be a panel discussion and will have multiple people speaking, we recommend pinning the host & speakers’ video.
