Aloha Serv Labbers!

Organisational design and building relationships is a core part of making great service design impact, it's something that many of us naturally get involved with throughout projects. At one of our previous Service Lab retros, Organisational design was pulled out as being a key area that you would all like to know more about as a community. So this event will focus on the how, when, where, why and some tips to make the most of organisational design approaches.

We will hear from Charlie Cosham, Xenia Kolesnikov-Martin and Lingjing Yin. Charlie will be talking about how common challenges we face on design projects offer the opportunity to improve how companies behave and change. Xenia will be introducing an org design tool that can help teams and organisations understand how to build relationships. Lingjing will be focusing on sharing some personal reflections on trying to make public services better.
