Service Design DC, home of the SDN DC chapter, is a community of design professionals dedicated to furthering the practice of Service Design in the Washington DC metro area. We believe that Service Design fuels innovation inspired by people and helps create better customer and citizen experiences.
As a community led group, our goal is to develop robust programming to bring professionals and enthusiasts together through meetups, salons, service jams, and more. We offer a platform for professional networking, sharing intellectual capital, and thought leadership.
