ServiceNow ITOM Meetup with special guest Matt Garrett

ITOM Friends, I'm super excited for our next Meetup which will include special guest Matt Garrett from ServiceNow. Matt is the leader of our ITOM Solution Consulting team that covers this market, but prior to this role, Matt led the Global ITOM Consulting and Delivery team for the past six years. If it's ITOM, he's seen it and done it. Sometimes the right way, sometimes not. We'll share stories around both.

For this Meetup, I'm going to ask Matt to put his old hat on and share with YOU his advice on how to best approach the implementation of our ITOM Solutions. We'll walk through a Top 10 list to get the conversation started, then open it up to the group to ask anything else that's on your mind.
