John is an experienced property investor, accomplished speaker and property meeting host. Since 2009, he has hosted hundreds of guests in London & Edinburgh holiday lets; working contractors in ex local authority houses, and others in serviced accommodation properties across the UK. He recently converted properties in Bucks. Sheffield and Glasgow for the SA markets and his specialty is managing and marketing remotely, without seeing a guest – not something he would recommend for all guest types! He has devised and implemented a complete SA Business System for a city centre office conversion with 20 apartments.
John was one of the first people to join airbnb in March 2012 when it bought Crashpadder with a garden flat in London N1. He now works mainly with Booking.com and on developing direct marketing systems. He has a property portfolio from Scotland to Kent.
