What we're about

We go on monthly walks through ancient woodlands surrounding London and over the UK.

These walks are unique as they are a moving form of shamanic meditation.

Each walk starts with a shamanic group cleansing under a canopy of the trees. A chance to 'let go' and 'let in'.

Then walking in silence, a moving meditation as a group.
Focusing on one step at a time... each individual step...
Allowing the worries, pressures and expectations of our day to day lives slip away.
Truly focusing on nothing but the present moment.

Opening our selves to the healing power of nature and the restorative effects of truly being in the moment, surrounded by each woods unique character.
We stop to listen to the birds, to feel the earth and leaves between our toes and to soak in the beauty of the grandfather of the forest, majestic old oaks, giant beeches and birches.

We'll finish with a group shamanic blessing

The walks are led by Leandro D'Andrea

Growing up in rural New Zealand has given Leandro a passion for the outdoors. Getting in touch with nature here in the UK has brought Leandro to create these walks that combine the outdoors and shamanic principals.

Apprenticed in Peruvian Shamanism to Maestro of San Pedro, Rueben Orellana (PhD), Leandro has been working with traditional medicine plants, such as Ayahuasca in the Amazon and San Pedro in the high country of Peru. He studies Core Shamanism with Simon Buxton of The Sacred Trust. Leandro’s work is based in a strong belief that we are all connected and therefore we should all show love to ourselves and to one another.

Leandro also works with Michele Lukis at Shamanic Space in London as a practitioner offering one on one healings and holding monthly Andean Circles where he teaches shamanic principles and leading Psylicobin Retreats in the Netherlands. He also runs weekly men’s groups for personal empowerment.
