ProtoSchool - Shanghai Chapter: Technical Salon Session 4

ProtoSchool Shanghai Chapter are focusing on technical deep dive and evangelize decentralized storage network and its ecosystem building-up.Three sessions had conducted in last months and we got very positive feedback, especially from technical researchers and developers.

Project introduction：

IPFS is the Distributed Web
A peer-to-peer hypermedia protocol
to make the web faster, safer, and more open.

Filecoin is a decentralized storage network that turns cloud storage into an algorithmic market.
The market runs on a blockchain with a native protocol token (also called “Filecoin”), which miners earn by providing storage to clients. Conversely, clients spend Filecoin hiring miners to store or distributed data.

ProtoSchool is a project that protocol labs permitted and driven by worldwide IPFS fans community.

Protoshool Shanghai Chapter is a group of people passionate about the Decentralized Web and excited to learn, teach, and share ideas. Everyone is welcome!

We focus on studying Decentralized Storage Network built on IPFS by Protocol Labs and developing services and application based tools in IPFS bundle, including Libp2p, Multiformat, IPLD, IPFS and its upper incentive layer Filecoin, at the same time, we will explore its usage in blockchain projects!
