Why Squash? Squash is a fast-moving game that requires skill, speed and supreme fitness. Players can burn off up to 1000 calories per hour of squash - higher than most other sports. Squash is the best sport no matter you are aiming to loose weight, keep fit or have fun!! How to start squash? In this session: The coach will guide you in terms of: - Principles of playing squash, dos and donts - Grip, swing, basic movement on court - Some basic squash drills - Allow 2-5 participants for the session Cost: RMB 150/ person. This is a group for the squash lovers as well as the newbies who are interested into squash. We have weekly squash activity in Shanghai indoor stadium for people who wants to experience squash. And we also have professional squash coaches if you want to explore more fun in squash or burn more calories. No matter what the weather like outside, you can still enjoy the fun of this indoor activity. Just come and join us!
