Our Studio is to bring people together so they can experience their peace, heal within and then share it with the world.

All are welcome, practitioners of all healing modalities, those that are curious and people who would just like a healing.

We must begin learning as much as we can about who we really are. As we become clear about our personal truth it is easier to move through life with confidence, clarity and non-judgement.

YIN YOGA with a TOUCH of LOVE! Yin Yoga is a gentle, quiet, and meditative practice that teaches us to slow down, relax, really listen and accept ourselves just as we are. All poses are done on the floor so that the muscles can relax and allow the deep connective tissues surrounding the hips, thighs, and lower back to be gently stretched. With more passive postures, yin is unique in that you are asked to relax in the posture, soften the muscle and move closer to the bone. Yin offers a much deeper access to the body. It is not uncommon to see postures held for three to ten minutes. Many find immediate benefits like more open hips, elongation of the spine, a more relaxed body and a centered mind. As you are in each pose I will come around and assist you in sinking deeper into relaxation with energy work (hands on healing). This healing touch is done with love and will boost the natural healing and cleansing processes in the body. This unique combination encourages the flow of energy in the body removing blockages and unbalances in the chakras, re-establishing inner peace and well-being. This will be a gentle yet very powerful practice.

Beginners need not worry: the focus is more on breathing and meditation than on difficult postures. So come and enjoy the results of a Kundalini Yoga Class. Classes are 75 minutes. What is Kundalini Yoga? Kundalini yoga is an ancient science or technology to awaken awareness, it utilizes breathing, mantra (sound and rhythm), mudra (hand postures), asanas (postures) and the beaming power of the mind. All this aids you, the practitioner, to live virtually in harmony with the inner self, the higher self. “Yoga is the union of the individual’s unit consciousness.” ~Yogi Bhajan Kundalini yoga is also a tool to achieve self mastery, and one of the oldest forms of human development. All yoga sets are designed to work on specific body systems, such as the muscular, skeletal, cardiovascular, glandular or reproductive system. Tuning in with the Adi Mantra while sitting in a crossed-legged position and hands in prayer pose. You chant Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo (3x) This Sanskirt chant means, I bow to the infinite Wisdom of the Universe; I call upon you. I bow to the divine Wisdom within; I call upon you. 2. Warm up exercises a series of exercises or postures to warm up the spine and loosen the body in preparation of performing a Kriya. 3.Kriya a series of postures (asanas in Sanskirt) with intended results, the purpose of which is to transform your state of consciousness. Different breathing techniques are used to benefit the entire body . 4.Relaxation/Meditation There are sometimes opportunities for relaxation between postures providing awareness of the body, sensations, emotions and thoughts. Relaxation is as important as the postures. An extended relaxation and or meditation is done at the end of the kriya. 5.Class ends with a song - Long Time Sun Song May the long time sun shine upon you, all love surround you, and the pure light within you, guide your way on...(repeated twice) So come enjoy an evening of yoga. Joan and Sheree have studied various forms of energy healing modalities for many years. They bring their compassionate hearts, training and knowledge for unique sessions catered to exactly what you need. Receiving regular energy medicine sessions keeps you aligned and balanced to enable you to ease through life in a state of present awareness and gratitude. Walk in sessions are available on the 3rd Tuesday of the month from noon – 3:00. Sessions are 20-30 minutes and are discounted to $20.
