Joining Halogen Software (http://www.halogensoftware.com/careers) in 2012 as a Search Consultant, Diane is focused on recruiting skilled talent for critical roles at all levels of the organization. Prior to Halogen, Diane provided technical recruitment services, specializing in executive search, to Ottawa-based businesses through her firm Johnson Executive Search Inc. which she founded in 1996.
