Back to Basics Beginner Belly dance Drills, Drills and more drills. Learn correct technique, form , posture and muscle contractions to start you on the right path. This class will have lots of repetition and floor work to help integrate the movement in your body. Your will muscles will get a workout, repetition is the key. Then we follow it up with dance steps with easy to follow transitions and there you go you are dancing. Look and feel beautiful while getting a great workout.
