ALT Panel Discussion: Should I interview if I'm happy at my current job?

You see a posting or get approached by a recruiter about a job that sounds good, but you already have a job that you are basically happy with, should you interview anyway? Technologists have strong opinions on both sides of this debate. The 'Pros' of interviewing include knowing your worth on the job market and practicing those interview skills for when you really need them. 'Cons' include feelings of disloyalty and the fear of being lured away by 'greener pastures' that present well but may present risk, too. Join us for a panel discussion as respected technologists share their views and answer your questions on when to take the interview and when to pass.
