Shintaido is a modern martial art that teaches and uses traditional Shotokaï karate, kenjutsu, and bojutsu (wood staff) to understand body movement and connections.

Practice involves warm-up stretching, aerobic exercise, explore technique, two-person and group exercises, and meditation.

Shintaido uses movement to awaken the intelligence of our body in order to develop our intuition and regain our center of balance, and bring us more in touch with nature and others around us. The movements create the mind body dialogue.
