You already know when you are really showing up and  when you aren't. The idea behind showing up work is learning how to really be there for each other as we each find our own way to fully show up in ourselves, our relationships, our work and in the world. Each month we offer a free 2 hour introductory workshop where you can experience how this works in practice.

Here is what some of the people who have been involved have said about what they have gained from doing showing up work together:

“Positive pressure from the group to show up fully, here and now”

“Learning to listen fully to another”

“Opening up to who I truly am”

“Not a course, there is something unfolding here”

“Get tools to get free of what I’m stuck in”

“Getting in touch with my passion and purpose”

“Acknowledging things as they are”

“Reveals the hidden gem”

“Uncovering our blind spots”

“Helping each other show up without judging. Others can see things I cannot”

“Standing up and owning who we really are. Being counted”

Each of us has extraordinary and unique contributions we’re capable of making to a world that works for all (Civ2). But too few of us have the skills and companionship we need to bring them to fruition.

Our big idea is that we unite as peers around holding space for one another, collaboratively freeing ourselves from our Civ1 (status quo) programming and engaging co-creatively to incubate, hatch and grow inspired contributions towards a civilization that works for all – in ourselves, our relationships, our work and our world.
