What we're about

Welcome to Women's Weightloss Show up, Weigh-In, Incentive & Support (OR "SHOW UP" as we are calling it, because you must show up!)

IF YOU JOIN US YOU MUST SHOW UP ONCE A WEEK, Either Thursday or Sunday evenings at 7pm. Must show to at least 3 meetings per month. Commitment to show up one night a week in the Sunrise Mall Area is a MUST for group members (Emergencies do happen, but reasonably show up 3 out of 4 weeks). If you can not make this, then this is not a good group for you.

ABOUT US - If you are a woman who is struggling with your weight, and you are able to show up to meet us ONCE A WEEK Thursdays or Sundays at 7pm in the Sunrise Mall Area (Most Likely a Starbucks or Coffee Shop) for an hour to share with other women, come join us. We will be taking ACCOUNTABILITY of our weight and sharing healthy recipes as well as our weaknesses and strengths within a group, and any other helpful ideas for health and weight loss. The GOAL of this group is to HOLD EACH OTHER ACCOUNTABLE and show support while learning from others what works and what doesn't...Private Facebook page for additional sharing. But weekly show ups are a MUST! *** If you don't show to your first meeting, we apologize but you will be bumped out. We have a limit of 50 members with a waiting list of others who wish to join, and we want to give others a chance to participate. If you get removed and you'd like to rejoin, please send us a private message, thanks for understanding. =)

* We are women just like you who will make a commitment to meet regularly to learn better ways to lose weight and eat healthier, share our trials, challenges and successes, healthy recipes, and support each other in doing so. We do NOT discriminate and welcome new ideas, the whole goal is to just SHOW UP. =)

SMALL ONE TIME MEMBER DUES - $12 per year (A buck a month) to help pay for what charges organizers to start and run a group. Non-Refundable.

* Weekly Meet & Weigh Ins for EVERY member is a MUST (3 outta 4 weeks per month) or members will quickly be removed.
* A group to support you in your weaknesses and strengths on the weight loss journey..
* Private Facebook Support Group & Healthy Eating Tips & Links
* Healthy Recipe Sharing
* "Best Loser" bi-monthly winner communally given prizes (Percentage of body weight loss not actual pounds)
