This is a group for anyone interested in anything running or walking. We love to see people move and help you reach your fitness goals. Everyone is welcome even dogs. We love to have people join us for our activities and adventures. This is also a place where information about what is happening will be posted as not everyone is on facebook.

All proceeds from this event go to LESS Society to support Spine Research and provide scholarships for high school students in the state of Idaho.
