IoT for Energy and Resource Management
IoT is often seen as an energy consumer, and not as the manager of the energy consumption. In this meetup, we'll hear from startups using IoT and software to control energy and water in commercial buildings. Startup 1: Keewi Keewi is a new plug load energy management solution that provides users with the tools needed to conserve energy while maintaining normal operations. With smart plugs and outlets, Keewi allows for real-time energy monitoring, insight into peak demand times, and provides simple solutions for improvement. As a team of data and tech-driven engineers, with backgrounds in Amazon, Genentech, and NASA, Keewi was designed to integrate effortlessly into any building, office, or school. This month's meetup is hosted by Plug and Play Tech Center Energy & Sustainability Program, powered by CleanWeb Registration is not required but preferred: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/iot-in-agriculture-tickets-50145083294
