Very good presentation. Liked all the discussion from attendees. Came away more knowledgeable about Yocto

Great overview of Yocto by Khem, with a very interactive discussion with lots of Q&A!

Interesting content and project. Looking forward to migrating to Yocto from regular Openembedded. The questions really killed the flow the of the presentation and didn't provide any interesting information. Waiting till the end to take questions would have really helped.

Hi all - we may be able to arrange a hands-on walkthrough. If there is wide interest, I'll keep in touch with Khem & Kevin to try to set one up later in the summer.

Hi Qirfiraz, Yes, hands-on labs of course are always valuable, but, this is a talk, not training. Also, sorry, since this is a "meetup", and is all about meeting in-person, we won't be recording the talk. I hope you can catch another one.

Seems like an interesting talk but I think a hands-on lab will be more suitable, for developers who want to start participating in Yocto Project. Unfortunately, I will be out of the country, and it will be great if someone records the talk and post for later viewing.

    Hi Khem,
Good to see this meetup. I will drop in too.

OpenEmbedded/Yocto essentially helps you to spin your own customised distro. There is request for How to build you own distro and this is it.
