Liberating Structures are simple yet effective methods to involve and engage all participants in a group process. After a brief introduction to Liberating Structures, with retrospectives in mind, we will try some of them out in practice. Then we'll reflect on what these structures make possible for the participants as well as the facilitator of the retrospective.
