Space is limited so please register if you’d like to attend. Whether you’ve joined us before in the past, or kirtan is a new experience for you, we warmly welcome you to attend.
Come mellow out, meditate, and make friends at this fun and informal musical mantra meditation event hosted by Simply Meditation.
What it’s all about: Kirtan is a call and response musical meditation from the yoga tradition, considered the easiest and most potent form of meditation in this day and age.
The mantras we'll be using are powerful transcendental sound vibrations that have been passed down through an authentic yoga lineage for centuries.
Together, we’ll listen to and repeat these sacred mantras—a practice that helps cleanse the heart and mind of stress and anxiety and brings peace to the soul.
We’ll open our gathering with a guided breathing practice and a resonant mantra circle that will bring you deep into a meditative space. Then, simply listen to and sing along with the ancient healing mantras with our kirtan leaders.
Beginners highly encouraged, all ages, voices and experiences welcome!
