This tribe believes in the power of people coming together to share insights, advice, and best practices around People Analytics.
The vision of our tribe is to create a thriving community of People Analytic practitioners who will teach, support, and inspire each other in this space.
Our mission is to open up the “black box” of people analytics by creating a safe forum to discuss:
The ethics of people analytics
Best practices (e.g. defining impact, setting priorities, working with HR/the business, etc.)
How to do & understand various analyses
