Remote Lean Coffee

The Lean Coffee model exists since 2009... it's a widely used concept, that is friendly and rich with the collection of experiences shared.

How it works:

1. For the remote version, participants will receive instructions to connect & share (good connection is required and preferably camera on)
2. Everyone propose topics
3. Everyone vote for the topics and define priorities
4. The group discuss a topic for 5 minutes then vote if all decide to move to the next topic
5. The information discussed is archived and accessible anytime for all participants
