Magic The Gathering Card Players Night

Needs a location

Remember this event is at a person's house, we require a prior meetup in person or provide a phone number so we can get better acquainted before you can attend this event. If you can't make any event meetup, then get with Keith chat about it. $5.00 will cover food and drinks if you want to participate in that. This corresponds with another Meetup http://meetu.ps/c/2w2f4/sYXH7/d If you don't know how to play come and learn. We have plenty of Pre Made card decks to play with, no need for purchasing cards. We play all types of games doing the Kitchen style games to make it more even out. If you don't know how to play come and learn. I have a sorted donation bin that is helpful for beginners. ---------- Global house rules: 1 Free mulligan. No cards banned in their sanctioned formats. 50 min round time; stalling is not a win condition. ---------- Formats: [Casual-24]. Constructed. Minimum 60 cards in a deck. For a balancing mechanism, cares will be limited according to a point system. A deck can have a maximum of 24 points. Most decks legal under the previous ruleset will still be legal. This allows more customization as having less uncommons will allow for more rares, and vica versa. Loaner Decks: I built a shoebox full of decks made from a donation bin. They have no rares and are simpler to learn. They are just about balanced with each other. Modern, EDH, Standard, Tiny Leaders, Pauper: Commonly known, sanctioned formats. Google these. Pauper and EDH are most commonly played. BAN LIST http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/ban_list/

I host a weekly game night on Sundays and am interested in meeting new people to join regularly. Nobody is obligated to come weekly. Invites and address are sent via text message. Just because people haven't RSVP'ed here doesn't mean people aren't coming. RSVPs are taken via text. We play board and card games. 200+ game collection and we choose what games to play when we start the evening. Guests are welcome but ask first. Snacks and soda are encouraged but not required. Please note I can not drink brown pop or caffeine so make sure to bring something I can enjoy since I am the host! **Dayton Ohio 45405**
