What we’re about
You heard correctly, single = not married! This group is for singles (whether in or out of a relationship) living in the suburbs of DC. Meetups include a wide variety of activities at all different venues, as often as possible!
Meeting someone, whether it's that "special" person or simply a good friend, can be hard in this area - especially when living in the suburbs! Many people find that, suddenly, their "circle of friends" consists of married couples or those in serious relationships. This makes it hard to meet that possible "special someone" but also makes it difficult when you are simply looking to hang out with someone in the same "single boat" as you!
This group is meant to provide opportunities for singles to meet and participate in a wide range of activities.
Many friendships have formed through this group! Our motto - just have fun!Contact any of the Organizers at any time with suggestions and questions! We look forward to meeting you!
