Best bet is to catch train to Flinders St then get the Number 1 tram from Federation Square (to South Melb Beach) which goes directly past the club. Trams run about every 20 minutes, you will need to get off at Dorcas Street, ask the driver to let you know when you are there, mention the Marquee Club to him and he will be able to point it out as you can see it from that stop! :)
