18:30 - Handling Big Data sets that use AQP (Approximate Query Processing) technology for extracting insights from data.
Hunch is a new way of handling Big Data sets that uses AQP (Approximate Query Processing) technology for extracting insights from data. Hunch achieves this by utilizing Deep Neural Networks (DNNs) which are trained to learn the relationships between SQL queries and their results in huge data sets. This provides users with a fast, scalable inference layer above the data with which they can interactively query to get actionable insights. As a result, large batches of data can be represented by the small DNN which in return utilize concurrent processing in a Graphical Processing Unit (GPU) to extract query results in a rate of up to 600,000 queries per second. Hunch stack is tightly integrated in AWS both for building training set on distributed spark AWS clusters and for training the DNN using GPU based AWS machine.
Sisense Hunch balances speed, resource consumption, and accuracy and gives users unparalleled flexibility in where they put these insights.

• Omer Efrat, VP of Data and UI Products at Fyber.
  Fyber is a global technology company, developing a next-generation monetization platform for mobile publishers. Omer is in charge of the company's big-data products, reporting tools, data-science, and buy-side.
• Nir Regev,
  A seasoned data scientist, with 15 years of experience in data, half in data science. In the past 2 years Nir has lead the Hunch innovation project, designed the product architecture and implemented the Hunch stack.
  Previously, Nir lead the Machine Learning component development into Sisense product. Currently, Nir is working on his PhD in Deep Learning based AQP field.
