• Sit-Be-Still-Be-Quiet

Simple sitting meditation, mindfulness training, and pleasant discussion. If you are interested in finding like minded individuals wishing for a calm place to de-stress, then this is the group for you. All levels of meditation experience are welcome. Join us as we attempt to find the stillness within.

We will try to meet weekly on Mondays and Saturdays.

• Open to adults 18 and over only.
