Free and easy, simple sitting meditation, non-affiliated active living mindfulness training, and pleasant discussion.
If you are interested in finding like minded individuals wishing for a calm place to relax and open your heart, then this is the group for you. All levels of meditation experience and spiritual practice are welcome.
Join us as we attempt to find the stillness within. Each mindfulness training event is unique and is created within a day or so of the event to respond to the current world around us.

ATTENTION: 
In respect for those concerned about the Covid-19 / Coronavirus, all meditation sessions will be online using the Zoom platform until further notice. The event schedule will be updated as sessions are scheduled. Take this time to practice mindful compassion toward others and most importantly toward yourself. It is important to be present in the moment and try not to dwell on the future.

It has been asked whether or not we accept donations or require a fee to attend, we do not. 
All events are free to attend.
