Javier Castillo – Director of Application Services, Verndale. He has been developing web application for greater than 15 years and has a concentration on Sitecore over the last decade. Just as Sitecore has grown from a solid developer friendly WCM system into what it is today, Javier has also matured into a technology leader focused on delivering the best digital marketing solutions for his clients. Javier leads the engineering group within the Verndale Managed Services (VMS) department that primarily focuses on ongoing evolutionary engagements. He currently oversees a staff of 12+ backend and frontend engineers, working on 40+ web applications ranging in a wide variety of industries, technology integrations, and degrees of complexity. Javier also works collaboratively with the Verndale Agency Services department on larger scale transformational projects to ensure that the long-term vision and roadmap objectives are delivered.

Kirsten is a passionate, data-driven digital marketer with over 10 years of experience in the digital space, specializing in driving results through innovative customer experience strategies.
