This group is for anyone interested in finding out more about mindfulness and meditation, and how this can help with stress, anxiety and dealing with life's ups and downs. Offering a variety of meet ups from short activities to 1 day mindfulness retreats to the full 8 week MBSR course created by Jon Kabat Zinn. MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) is seen as the "gold-standard" in meditation courses and with over 30 years-worth of scientific research that consistently shows how mindfulness practices can enhance our physical and mental well-being. It can improve:

Emma Reynolds is an accredited MBSR teacher and is also trained to teach mindfulness to children through MiSP (Mindfulness in Schools Project, UK). Apart from running the 8 week course in group format she also teaches on-line and offers MBSR retreats in France. More info at
