What we're about

This is a group for anyone interested in reducing stress and pain, get better sleep, stay relax and calm, balance their qi, energy, and chakras, etc. without any meds.

I use Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and Tingsha for both group Sound Bath, and private one-on-one Sound Healing sessions. I also partner up with other healers and incorporate essential oils, guided meditation, acupuncture or restorative yoga, etc. into the sessions. I host monthly group Sound Bath sessions in the Bay Area, and I also invite other healers to provide classes.

Sound Healing is a non-invasive, gentle and effective way to begin your self-love, self-healing, and self-awakening journey. Looking forward to exploring and sharing the journey with you.
