Cara Santa Maria will be in Dongguan for a special SITP event on December 2nd. The evening will include Cara's story from her Texas roots to her present roll as a prominent and motivating science communicator. We'll have a moderated discussion and plenty of opportunities for questions from the group.
Cara's background in science communication, television and podcasting is sure to have us diving deep into some of the hottest and perhaps most controversial science issues facing people today.
We will be in a brand new meeting space, located in the basement of Liberty Brewing Company. Bring your friends, enjoy some great snacks and your favorite BEvERages. This will be a lively and fun evening of science, humor and critical thinking.
We will start at 6:30pm with some informal mingling over snacks and BEvERages, and start the moderated discussion at 7:30pm. Attendance is FREE, however please RSVP so we can better plan for the seating. Please try to arrive early.
