Designers & Developers: Come for an evening talk about what accessibility means for the web!

Guest Speaker: Charlene Carver

With the ever growing dependency on technology, there is no denying that web accessibility matters. Creating accessible products starts at the very beginning—during the design process. In this meetup, we will deepen our understanding of what exactly web accessibility means and go over what we can do when designing a product to ensure that it meets accessibility guidelines. We will review various strategies, common pitfalls, and useful tools for designing an accessible web interface and also take a look at how a design is implemented in code to account for accessibility.
