Initially IoT solutions and scenarios were focusing on implementation of automatic sensor data collection, data analysis a visualization in the cloud and subsequent automatization of the solution based on data analysis results. In many IoT solutions, however, there is a need to implement additional advanced scenarios. In the presentation, we will address some of these scenarios and we will touch relatively new concepts within IoT world, such as edge computing and digital twins, and we will introduce services such as Microsoft Azure IoT Edge and Microsoft Azure Digital Twins.
