What we're about

Can you give me your all for one minute? Sixty seconds at a time is all I'm asking - in return, you'll build lifelong endurance, strength, and body-discipline habits that pay off long after you leave class! This program is a 30 minute HIIT exercise class designed for those low on time but high on drive.

We'll use our half hour with a masterfully designed, carefully scheduled class structure that burns calories, fat, and conditions the body and mind. Ally, your host, is an ACE-certified personal trainer, fitness model, and exercise junkie. She'll guide you through a warm-up, HIIT session, and stretch. Maximize your results with 2-3 classes per week.

You should join this class if you are cleared to exercise by a physician, and can perform basic exercise movements like jogging, push-ups, squats, lunges, and jumps. You will be asked to sign a waiver verifying that you have this clearance. The class will be as tough as you make it, so all levels of fitness are encouraged to attend.

Classes are held in the heart of Greenpoint, Brooklyn. The location has plenty of parking and is most commutable to Williamsburg and East Williamsburg.
