Like Autonomous Vehicles, Robotic Process Automation is a major focus today because it promises greater accuracy, consistency and efficiencies while decreasing errors and risk. But delivering both first requires a deep understanding of the non-automated world including all the logic, assumptions, variables, implications and decision ramifications.
Carl Wangberg of U.S. Bank will share insights from his almost two years of RPA deployment experience. Topics will include:
• The challenges in securing the wealth of detail around critical processes to drive successful RPA outcomes
• Determining which process targets are likely to deliver meaningful business outcomes through automation and therefore set the tone for a successful RPA program overall
• How to apply what can be complex tools to complex processes to achieve the goal of reliable simplicity
Smart, RPA systems demand smart stewardship. Turbocharge your understanding by attending Carl’s presentation.
