What we're about
The Chenrezig Project, in the past Florida's fastest growing Tibetan Buddhist study/practice group, is now in Snohomish County with founder/teacher Mark Winwood's relocation.
This is a meet-up for anyone interested in Buddhism, Tibet and Tibetan history and culture, meditation, enriching teachings from a lineage of extraordinary masters, best understanding/care for those ill or dying, etc.
Our gatherings, currently scheduled for Tuesdays (6:00pm-8:00pm) in Monroe are open, friendly and beneficial, leading to useful insights and perspectives. Suitable for beginners to Buddhist study and/or meditation, as well as experienced practitioners.
This is a very broad-based, accessible and ancient science-of-mind path, suitable for mindful people of all (or none) faiths . . . our curriculum is called "DharmaPractics and is presented to be most useful for thriving in our modern lives.
All are invited, regardless of amount (or lack) of experience. Very friendly, supportive and respectful atmosphere. FREE.
So, if you're curious or inclined . . . follow your intuition :-)
