This is the first meeting for our group. We will spend a little time talking about the necessary components one needs in order to successfully open a new restaurant cafe food truck of pop up restaurant.
We will have a plan our future meetings that will bring a professional, accomplished restaurant professional to each meeting. Some of the topics will be center around laying the framework to start your new endeavor are; Form a basic business plan, menu planning, site acquisition, legal entities, organizational skills, design, branding, social media, operational guidelines, kitchen ordering, hiring and firing, and many other details you will need to identify and set up so that your operation runs successfully.
I have been operating my restaurant for 27 years now and will share some of my successes and failures I have had along the way. So that you can avoid some of them and insure you have a satisfying restaurant career.
