On Sunday of this weekend find out more about the Lehigh Valley's www.Foodinthepublicsquare.com initiative and SoBeCoWorks participation in My Grandparents’ Garden an exploration of community and backyard gardening. The Penn State Ag. Extension, Dr. Dawn King, and four communities from Bethlehem and Easton will work on unique humanities inspired workshops to investigate the value of both being a part of a community and growing one’s own food. SoBe CoWorks is sponsoring a community garden with Marino Hernandez, Tony Claws, Margarita Gonzalez-Rivera and Dave Davis.
