Whether you are a newcomer to meditation or a practitioner who enjoys meditating in a group, come join Ameeta in an hour long meditation class, in the serene space of the Soaring Hawk Meditation Center.
In this class, Ameeta will share the meditation technique she has practiced for 15 years. It is both, simple and highly accessible, but also profound because it can be applied as a guiding orientation both on and off the meditation mat.
The hour will consist of an introduction, followed by the first meditation period of ten minutes. Ameeta will clarify any questions that arose from this first taste of the technique, before we go into the second meditation period of 15 minutes. The class will end with a sharing circle and a brief wrap up.
